Voice assistant

AI voice assistant that calls your leads and books the meetings

FIRA works through your list, holds the conversation, handles the first objections, and books the meeting in your calendar.

In short

FIRA is a voice assistant that makes the calls for you and books meetings.

It dials the contacts on your list, introduces itself as a virtual assistant, works out why the person is or isn't interested, answers questions from the information you wrote yourself, and when a time is agreed it puts it in your calendar and sends the invitation.

It also answers incoming calls, when nobody else can pick up.

It speaks Italian and English. It hands the call to a person at any moment, if asked.

Anyone who asks not to be called again is recorded during the call itself, and is never called again.

How it works

Three ways to use it. The first is what it exists for; the second covers the hours when nobody is there.

00:11

ProspectYes, but we're set with our current supplier.

Who it fits

Not everyone, and it is worth knowing up front. These three together are the difference between a tool that works and one that runs for nothing.

  1. 01

    You sell to other businesses

A client is worth a phone conversation, and the decision goes through a person you can reach on the phone.

  2. 02

The first call is to understand, not to close

If your sales cycle starts with a qualifying conversation, what you do, how you buy, when, that is exactly the part FIRA holds.

  3. 03

You have more contacts than you can call

If the list is longer than the time your team has, and nobody ever reaches the bottom of it, that bottom is the work FIRA does.

What it takes to start

Three things, and you already have two of them.

The list

The contacts to call, with a number. You can bring them or we prepare them: either way, before anything starts you declare that they can be called, and that declaration is recorded.

The answers

What FIRA should say: who you are, what you do, how long things take, the objections you hear most. Written once, corrected when needed, and from then on that is what it answers with. If an answer isn't there, it says it doesn't know.

The calendar

The calendar the meetings land in. FIRA only offers free slots inside the hours you set, and once a time is agreed it creates the event and sends the invitation to the person.

What it costs

There is no public price list, and that is not a way of putting you off: the price depends on how many calls you make and in how many languages, and quoting a number before knowing that would be quoting the wrong number.

Once

Building the system: writing the answers, connecting the calendar, and tuning how the conversation runs over the first real calls.

Recurring

The time FIRA actually spends talking to someone. The more conversations you run, the more this part weighs — which is why the figure comes from your numbers and not from a price list.

In the thirty-minute call we look at your numbers, how many contacts, how long a typical conversation runs, how many meetings you need, and a real figure comes out of that instead of a range.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, and FIRA says so itself in its first sentence, before anything else. It never claims to be human, and if asked directly it answers directly. It is also a legal requirement in Europe, but we would do it anyway: a call that starts on a misunderstanding ends badly.

Thirty minutes, and you'll know whether it fits

We look at your numbers and we tell you if the answer is no. No commitment after the call.
