B2B Lead Generation Agency in Dubai
We find the accounts that are actually in market, run the outreach on them, and hand over the system that manages what comes back.
Most lead generation stops at the meeting
An agency books you a call, sends an invoice, and the rest is your problem. The proposal gets rebuilt from an old file, the contract is a copy of the last one with the name changed, and nobody is sure where a deal actually sits.
We do both halves. We build the engine that finds and contacts the right accounts, and we hand over the workspace that manages what it brings back.
How we find the accounts
We start from your ICP, not from a bought list. Intent signals, hiring and funding events, technology in use and firmographic filters narrow the market down to companies with a reason to talk to you right now.
Every contact is then enriched and verified before anyone reaches out, so your sender reputation is not spent on addresses that bounce.
How we run the outreach
Cold email and LinkedIn, sequenced together, on infrastructure we set up and keep warm. Copy is written for the segment rather than blasted at everyone, and replies come back into one inbox instead of scattering across tools.
You watch it happen in your own Client Portal: what went out, who opened, who replied, where each account stands.
What happens after the meeting
AthonBound Studio is the second half. The client is entered once. The proposal pulls from that record, the contract pulls from the proposal, the invoice pulls from the contract, and the client sees their own portal instead of a thread of attachments.
Retainers invoice on schedule on their own, and pausing one does not break the numbering.
What is different about outbound in the Gulf
The working week is not the same across the region. The UAE moved to Monday to Friday in 2022, while Saudi Arabia and Kuwait still run Sunday to Thursday. A sequence built on a European calendar spends its first touch on a day half the region is not working, and its follow-up on the day the other half has already left.
The market is dense with companies that were set up here rather than grown here: free zone entities, regional headquarters, business setup and professional services firms serving them. Firmographic filters built for the US read those companies wrong, because headcount and revenue say little about who is actually buying.
Decision makers are reachable and used to being approached, which cuts both ways. A message that opens with a generic compliment gets deleted faster here than in most markets, because it arrives next to twenty others. The trigger has to be real and recent.
And there is a deadline in the room: UAE e-invoicing becomes mandatory on a published schedule, which is the kind of date that makes a company answer a message this quarter instead of next year.
Who this is for
B2B companies in the UAE and the wider GCC that already have someone selling and do not have enough conversations to keep them busy. Agencies, consultancies, professional services, business setup firms and B2B software teams.
It is not for companies selling to consumers, and it is not a list you buy once and email forever.
AthonBound is based in Dubai and works with B2B teams across the UAE, the GCC, Europe and the United States.
Questions we get asked
We are based in Dubai and most of our work is across the UAE and the GCC, but the system is not tied to a geography. We also run campaigns into Europe.
